I had browsed this website CakeJournal and I got the idea of making cookie lollipops for my niece’s birthday goodie bag. I am sure it is so yummy for her and her friends.
With a limited bakery supplier, I can’t find the piping bottle as described on the website above so I can’t flood my cookie with icing nicely. I did little bit of tricks with it and yes, I did it at the end. I hope my niece would enjoy it.
It is a plain cookie with little bit touch of vanilla flavour. Top it of with chocolate taste of icing.
Everyone is welcome to order the cookie lollipops at $2.50 per piece (including the wrapping of the cookie as the picture below). How? contact me at sales@angfamilyblog.com or call/sms at +673-7108706.
Fondant cakes/cupcakes orders are acceptable and please contact the above number/email. The pricing will depend on the design requirements.

I tried to do this sugar plum fairy cake. When you know how to do and colour your fondant, making fondant cake is as easy as step 1..2..3 However, I also had been trying to do the tutu. Sigh! I can’t make it so curly and open nicely. At the end, I gave up and decided just to stick it as it is. Then been making the face of the sugar plum fairy. After given little bit of thoughts, I was making this for my niece’s birthday party and she is turning 6. So, I don’t think that sugar plum fairy face will be the appropriate look for kids birthday party.
So, I decided to change into princess look with cutie crown and dress with flowers. Please check it out.

I had this idea of making princess cuppies topper. I find it very cute and adorable. It is totally matching with a castle birthday cake. Don't you think so?

Though his ads and whatever song he sang always saying purple. Hahaha.... I feel like throwing my colour mixture. But finally.... I got the colour that nearly his colour. My nightmare ended! Please check out the Barney and Friends.

Been doing this for 1.5 days.. Hahaha LOL soo time consuming. Well my mother in law birthday is on Monday 16th February so I gotta start doing this from Friday. Bake the cake, prepare the buttercream icing and the fondant, create figurine, decorate ... voila.... the final result.
Should I say that my time spent is totally paid off? Hmmm.. I enjoyed doing this! I have to say the credit of fellow chef dapur amatir. She did inspire me in doing this birthday cake. I love the figurine. At first, I put the eyes with only black round and my brother in law dropped by @ my house and asked me... "Why the eyes all black?? Aren't they suppose to be white round with black dot in the middle?" Kekekekekeekeke he was RIGHT! kakaka so I managed to change the eyes with a white round and black dot in the middle.
Room for improvement to myself: I can't let the fondant out too long and made it crack result like the figurine and the fondant that is covering the cake, be patient while doing it (there is nothing better to do it slowly but to have great end result).
I wish that my mother in law will love it.
P.S. The cake is carrot cake. I found this great recipe of carrot cake which I love so much so I shall share the joy of carrot cake to the family (*_*)

Hahha... what a blessing in disguise for me. Hmm long time no blog. Well well.... FYI, I no longer work full time kekeke but @ the same time I also not a full time housewife.
Because of that, I no longer has to be @ work from 8 am to 5 pm (shall I say 7 pm). I have more time to do my hobby. One is scrapbook and the other is baking. Apparently, the latter is more into me now.
I had tried to make "bolu kukus" (note: it is an indonesian steam sponge cake) twice. Neither was succesful SIGH SIGH SIGH. Why is it soo difficult to make bolu kukus. However, I am still NOT giving up. I am sure I can make it. I just need to find the right way!
After the disappointment with my bolu kukus. I tried to make carrot cupcake. Yahooo.... Successful! It is sooo nice and tasty. I still can't provide the pic yet. But I will and I am planning to make the Elmo and friends cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. Still long way to go but I will definitely dry run first kekeke.
Bare with me for the upcoming pics... Ciao....

Could NOT sleep last night and I ended up making scrapbook for Becky when she was following us playing Badminton@Empire. She is definitely a PHOTOGENIC baby as she always pays attention to the camera and with her pose (BIG SMILE and stuff)....
